Terms of Service

  • Commissions are only for personal and non-commercial use.

  • All prices are in USD ($) and are the cost per character. Additional characters are +75% the cost of the first. (Example: If first character costs $60, then additional character are an added $45 each)

  • Full payment must be made upfront.

  • Currently, I only accept payment through Paypal.

  • All illustration commissions are digital only.

  • Illustration commissions are completed between 1-2 weeks depending on my current workload.

  • Dice commissions are currently closed.

  • For illustrations, I will send a sketch for your approval before moving onto the linework.

  • You are free to repost the commission to personal pages such as Instagram, Twitter, or DeviantArt, but I would appreciate credit!

  • If you would like the commission to remain private then please let me know.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

  • Feel free to ask any questions!

Adoptables

  • All adoptables designs will be received in digital format only

  • Once a purchase is finalized, the character and its design become yours exclusively, you are free to change any aspect you want.

  • Reselling, trading, and gifting are allowed, but please make sure the new owner is aware of the rules.

  • There is no restriction on the price you choose to resell an adopt at.

  • You may use the character and its design for personal or commercial use, but the art I send you may not be used commercially. (Example: You may NOT sell prints of my art. You MAY sell prints of art you create of the character).

  • Adoptables cannot be used as a base to create other characters from. One adoptable represents one character, no matter how many iterations the design may go through. (Example: You cannot change the hair or costume with the intent to resell as a separate character.)

  • Adoptable character may not be used in any media that promotes harmful subjects such as hate speech, racism, or discrimination.

  • When possible, please credit me as the creator of the design!

Commission Process

  1. Read the Terms of Service and have a look over the Price Sheet.

  2. Once you decide what sort of commission you are interested in send an email to: [email protected]

  3. Please include your name, email (to send the Paypal invoice to), exactly what sort of commission you are looking for (example: Full Body Color), along with character references and/or a written description of the character. Knowing their personality helps! Please make sure to note any distinguishing features you may want to highlight.

  4. Tell me the sort of theme you want (examples: Pinup or adventurer) or if you have a specific pose in mind (example: reading a book looking thoughtful).

  5. Once I've accepted the commission, I will confirm the price and send an invoice.

  6. Payment must be made before the art process starts.

  7. I will send you a sketch for your approval. Keep in mind this is only a work in progress!

  8. Once the sketch is approved, I will finish the commission and send you the high rez files.

Refund Policy

  1. I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any reason. A full refund will be issued.

  2. If you choose to cancel the commission before work has started, then you will receive a full refund.

  3. If you choose to cancel the commission after work has started, the amount refunded will depend on how much work has been done: Sketch 80%, Line 50%, Color 0%

  4. If a delay for completion is expected, I will let you know
